Roxy — Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled in connection with Roxy (the "Bot"), a Discord application operated by Silent Studio, a French Société par Actions Simplifiée (SAS) registered under SIREN 999 511 785, with its registered office at 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France.
For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), Silent Studio acts as the data controller for the choices it makes about how the Bot is configured and used on its Discord server.
Important: Roxy is a custom-branded instance of the MEE6 platform (https://mee6.xyz). The Bot's data is collected and stored on MEE6's infrastructure, not on Silent Studio's servers. MEE6 acts as a processor on our behalf and additionally publishes its own privacy policy, which applies to its platform. We do not operate MEE6's systems and cannot guarantee its practices.
2. Data Processed
Depending on the features enabled, the following data may be processed:

The Bot does not process your Discord email address, your password, or your payment details.
Where a feature requires it (for example custom commands, word filters, or ticket transcripts), the content of the messages concerned may be processed. Levelling and leaderboards rely on activity metadata rather than message content.

We do not use this data for advertising, profiling for commercial purposes, or sale to third parties.
4. Recipients
Data may be accessible to:
- MEE6, as the operator of the underlying platform;
- Discord, as the platform on which the Bot operates;
- the staff of the Discord server concerned, through the MEE6 dashboard, limited to what their role allows.
Leaderboards and levels are, by their nature, visible to other members of the Discord server.
5. Retention
Data is retained for as long as the Bot is active on the Discord server and you remain a member of it, and is then removed in accordance with MEE6's retention practices. Moderation records may be retained for as long as necessary for the safety of the community.
Leaving the Discord server does not automatically and immediately erase all associated records held by MEE6.
6. International Transfers
Discord Inc. is established in the United States. MEE6 may use infrastructure or sub-processors located outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards implemented by those providers, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr).
To exercise these rights in relation to the Bot, contact us at [email protected]. Because the data is held by MEE6, satisfying a request may require us to forward it to them; we will inform you if this is the case. You may also contact MEE6 directly.
We will respond within one month of receiving your request, as required by Article 12 of the GDPR.
8. Children
The Bot is not intended for children under the minimum age required by Discord in their country of residence (13 years old in most jurisdictions). We do not knowingly process the data of users below that age. If you believe a child has used the Bot contrary to this policy, contact us at [email protected] and we will take the appropriate steps.
9. Security
Access to the Bot's configuration is restricted to authorised members of the Silent Studio staff, whose accounts are protected by Discord's own security measures. The security of the stored data itself depends on the measures implemented by MEE6 and Discord.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The version published on this page is the version in force. Material changes will be announced on the Discord server concerned.
